WHAT OUR SCHEDULE MANAGER DOES:

  • Be a Mission Bell “Innovator” by constantly looking for opportunities to innovate and create new processes, ideas or products; 'Innovation' is the ability to recognize and stimulate unusual ideas with high potential impact
  • Primarily responsible for ensuring that the overall job schedule is met
  • Coordinate meetings for all parties involved when a particular job schedule becomes critical
  • Monitor the tasks of the Project Teams for timely release
  • Reach out to customers to find out who manages their schedule, set up a meeting with that Manager and our team to discuss their processes, communication, details and the time frames required
  • Provides feedback and confirms performance expectations for new bids
  • Manages Customer Portal for accuracy, communicates concerns or issues
  • Accountable for managing/monitoring and coordinating the database schedule for the overall company working with the Schedule Coordinators on each Team

THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE A PLUS:

  • 2-3 years of scheduling or manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of systems such as Primavera or MS Project
  • Ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings and technical specifications

THESE QUALIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED:

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; must demonstrate ability to manage several activities at once, organize/prioritize work to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Microsoft Office required; MS Access or Bluebeam is a plus
